With the general release of the e-motion software’s Responsibility Management product, Oracle® e-Business Suite clients can now enjoy greater security, extended functionality, and increased visibility within their Oracle® Applications installation. Using this innovative product, clients can finally enforce security procedures and monitor responsibility access from one centralized, easy-to-use interface that runs atop Oracle’s® Self-Service framework.

Product features include an easy-to-use interface that quickly queries the database for the given criteria, even allowing the users to export the results in to a CSV file. In addition to the query feature, the Batch Jobs feature allows administrators to revoke or assign responsibilities on a mass scale, even allowing users to upload the affected users from a spreadsheet. Moreover, users can end date responsibilities by a myriad of criterion, including organization, job, and location.
