Corporate Directory
Corporate Directory represents the next step for Oracle®. Most companies utilize a separate system for their corporate directory. This requires entering and maintaining all the employee information in Oracle®, then re-entering that information into the separate system. Worse yet, they print the company directory from the separate system! Not only is this extremely inefficient, the data is often outdated and wrong.
In today’s fast changing world, employee information can change on a weekly basis. The result is that the “other” system often times gets neglected and thus the data is unreliable. Corporate Directory solves this issue by “going to the source”. By gathering data straight from the Oracle® database, Corporate Directory is valid up to the minute you run the report. This ensures that your directory contains only valid information.
Corporate Directory allows users to query the database for a wide variety of information. The results can also be customized to give your employees the depth of knowledge they require.
Seamless
Corporate Directory functions as part of the Oracle® applications. There are no outside website's to go to, or other applications to open. The user simply clicks on a link from any page you include our snippet, and enters the items the wish to search for through a simple, intuitive interface. The user then establishes an anonymous login to the Oracle® Database, allowing them to access the data specified within the search function.
Export Function
You can use the export function to transfer the results in to Excel®, XML, CSV, or extend the results even further to mailing labels, contact lists, distribution forms...the sky is the limit with this software! |
